While we support learning skills related to specific sports, Impact also understands that developing basic movement skills at a young age is extremely important in a child's growth. Our FitKid Physical Education program is created for this purpose! It recognizes that each child is at unique stages of mental, social, and physical development. The program seeks to a "foundation of movement experience" as is suggested in the linked article; with the overall goal of a lifelong active and healthy lifestyle. Providing Positive Reinforcement
We believe in celebrating our client's accomplishments, however big or small they may be. We want our clients to know that their form on an exercise has improved, that they are lifting more weight, or doing more repetitions. Our goal is for all of those we work with to develop a positive relationship with fitness and healthy activity.
